Yes, I’m embarrassed by my headline, too, but what would you really do if you had to report this item? The U.S. Global Leadership Coalition is hosting the first public event next week in which the architects of Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton’s massive structural assessment of State and USAID, known as the Quadrennial Diplomacy and Development Review or QDDR, will explain what their year-long task is all about. Come to the Willard Hotel on Pennsylvania Avenue next Wednesday morning and you can hear QDDR talk from Deputy Secretary of State Jack Lew, Director of Policy Planning Anne-Marie Slaughter and Acting USAID Administrator Alonzo Fulgham.
